These tropical blondies are deliciously crunchy with a punch of candied dried fruits on every bite. Easy & perfect for any occasion.

Melt the butter and brown sugar in a pot over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Take Off the heat and let it cool until warm.
Stir in 3 eggs followed by flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Stir in coconut and chopped dried fruit.
Pour batter into a lined 9×13 baking dish soda. Spread the batter around evenly. Bake for
30-40 minutes.
Let the Blondies cool in the pan and then remove to slice.
