Cherry Lime Fudge

This creamy fudge brings together white chocolate, Paradise red or green cherries and lime to pack an unbelievable flavor punch that delights everyone.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup Carnation Evaporated Milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups premier white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped green or red Candied cherries
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Directions:

Line an 8-inch square baking dish
