Paradise and Pennant Candied Fruit

Whether you’ve been naughty or nice, you and your guests will get into the spirit of the season with this creation that combines vodka, bourbon, crème de Cacao and coffee-flavored liqueur. Candied pineapple wedges and red and green cherries add the colors of the holiday as well as a bit of sweetness that is the perfect compliment to the beautiful meld of flavors in the glass. Give your guests something new to enjoy at your next holiday gathering.

Ingredients for single cocktail:

• 2 ounces, vodka
• 1 ½ ounces, bourbon
• 1 ounce, Crème de Cacao
• 1-2 splashes, coffee-flavored liqueur
• 1 container, Candied Pineapple Wedges
• 1 container each for garnish, Candied Red and Green Cherries

Directions:

Combine one bottle of unflavored vodka and a container of Candied Pineapple Wedges; let sit in a refrigerator for approximately 8 hours but no more than a day before serving.

When ready to serve, add additional ingredients to 2 ounces of pineapple infused-vodka.

Serving:

Drink can be served in a martini or rocks glass; garnish with Candied Pineapple Wedges and Candied Red & Green Cherries.
