Orange Cranberry Tea Time Cookies

Heavenly combo flavor of orange and cranberry cookies is irresistible. Soft & Fluffy, Chewy sweet cookies studded with tart bits of candied fruits. You can add fresh orange zest right into the batter or grated more orange zest right over the top of them to give them even more orange flavor. Paired with a hot cup of coffee or tea will definitely make your day a little brighter.

Ingredients

• 1 large egg
• 3/4 cup Light Sour Cream
• 3 tablespoons Salted Butter, Softened
• 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
• 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
• 6 tablespoons Sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
• 3/4 cup Candied Orange Peel
• 3/4 cup Dried Cranberries
• 2 tablespoons Orange Zest

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking sheet or parchment paper.
