Paradise and Pennant Candied Fruit

Frog Cookies

It’s not easy being green unless you are a batch of vanilla flavored cookies with candied greencherry eyes. Kids and kids-at-heart will love these treats.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3 1/2 cups + 2 Tablespoons All-purpose flour, sifted
• 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

To Decorate Cookies:

• 1 can Vanilla frosting
• Green food coloring
• Green Non-Pareils cupcake sprinkles
• Paradise Candied Green cherries
• Candy eyeballs

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
