Paradise and Pennant Candied Fruit

Glace Cherry Shortbread

These melt-in-the-mouth shortbread cookies are all dressed up for the holidays. Crammed full of red and green glace cherries, these beautiful treats are perfect for giving and enjoying.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Red Glace Cherries, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Green Glace Cherries, finely chopped

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
