Orange Mocha Truffles

Chocolate and mocha are a tried and true flavor combination, as is chocolate and orange, but putall three together and you now have something both unique and amazing. The truffles are easy tomake and start with cholate, heavy cream, instant coffee powder, orange liquor and orange zest.You could stop there and have a very nice truffle, but add in a scoop of candied orange peel andnow you have something truly special. The creaminess of the mocha-chocolate combined withthe chew and punch of the orange peel create a wonderful and unexpected taste experience thatwill have people wanting more. These truffles can be finished by rolling them in cocoa powder,sugars, or sprinkles so you can coordinate with any holiday or event.

Ingredients:

• 10 ounces chopped dark bitter-sweet chocolate (or chips)
• 3/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
• 2 tablespoons orange liquor
• 1 teaspoon orange zest
• 1/3 cup Candied Orange peel 

Directions:

1. Pour chocolate chips or chopped chocolate into a bowl.
