Start with a base of ginger lemonade, add some chamomile tea and slices of candied ginger, and voila – you have a refreshing, great tasting treat that is also good for you. Next time you or someone you love is feeling under the weather with a tickle in their throat, make a batch of these and soon everyone will be singing your praises.

Whisk honey and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Add the grated ginger and tea bags. Pour 2 cups of boiling water over and let steep for 10 minutes. Pour the mixture through a sieve into a spouted cup; let cool to warm and whisk again.
